Samual Richard Berger
In 2004, Sandy Berger was being investigated for unauthorized removal of documents from the National Archives reading room. It was determined that Sandy Berger only removed classified copies of data stored on hard drives stored in the National Archives, and that no original material was destroyed. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of "unauthorized removal and retention of classified material". Basically, a Slap-on-the-wrist, for a person of high security clearence.
